1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cyronix Dev & Security website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Services
Cyronix Dev & Security provides web development, cybersecurity, penetration testing, security consulting, custom software development, and related services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work transfer to the client. Cyronix retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We respect the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes source code, client data, security reports, and sensitive business information. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai. All agreements are subject to UAE law.
